기대, 동기에 따른 중국패키지여행상품의 만족에 관한 연구

Recently, it is more popular among Koreans to go abroad with China package travel product. The purpose of this study is examine how tourists influence on selecting the China package travel product and making a satisfaction for tourists. This study analyzes factors of China package travel product, correlation of the factors selection with the degree of tourism satisfaction and result variables of satisfaction. I have theoretically investigated decision-making process of tourism, selection of China package travel product and travel agencies and tourist satisfaction while the empirical research was analyzed and verified by using SPSS for Window Version 10.0. Empirical findings showed that there were significant differences in demographic characteristics and tourism tendency. The analysis showed that factors were China package travel product, worker service, reputation and facilities of tourism site, travel agency, natural environment and tourism activities of tourism site, shopping and transportation of tourism site. The factors have an influence on tourists when they are selecting the China package travel product. As a result of this study, I encourage the travel agency to put more emphasis upon China package travel product including price, schedule, option tour and worker service as important factors of the tourism marketing sector and the necessity of developing new China package travel product including facility, natural environment and tourism activities of tourism site.
