It is very low treatment for Tour Conductors as compared with the roles and position to guide and manage tourists and in the sphere of Travel Angency. It is needes to improve treatments for Tour Conductors in wages and stable employment. It is very fews for most Trable Agency to employ T/C of Travle Agency and Full Time T/C in dealing with foreign tourist commodity. To save costs, most Travel Agency employ Free Lancer T/C. Therefore most T/C suffer for a low satisfaction and low payment. In order to improve job statisfaction and business service satisfaction. We have to study employment and job satisfaction for renewal paradige systems.
