The Method to Protect Patentee's according to Infringement of the Patent

There are reward programs for inventors and patent systems which give exclusive rights to them for a certain period of time to encourage and protect invention. The reason to protect patent systems as the rights is to make inventors continue to do creative activities, increase convenience and practicality through it, and by extension, keep circularity which leads industrial or cultural development of the country. This paper focuses on reviewing how patentees are legally protected or how their rights are concretely realized. It tries to understand the nature of infringement of the patent rights with various types through them and examine the plant to protect patentees according to it.
