중국 물류정보화의 활성화방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Activation of Logistics Informatization in China

중국에서 물류정보화는 비교적 새로운 개념에 속하는데 이는 중국에서 현대적인 물류의 개념이 도입된 것이 1980년대에 불과하기 때문이다. 중국의 물류산업도 아직 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 중국의 물류정보화를 위해서는 중국 정부의 지원이 필수적이다. 효율적인 물류정보화 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 포괄적인 정보의 통합이 필요하고 이는 정부의 강력한 추진력으로만 가능할 것이다. 이를 위해 중국 정부는 기업과의 협력과 연계를 강화하여야 한다. 중국 정부는 물류산업의 발전계획과 법률제도를 완비하여 산업주체들이 장기적인 물류전략을 세울 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 또한 종합물류시스템을 강화하고 높은 수준의 서비스를 구축하여야 한다. 특히 중국의 물류정보화 발전에 큰 장애요소로 작용하고 있는 물류인력문제를 해결하기 위해 물류전문인력 양성을 위한 제도적 장치가 시급히 마련되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문의 연구목적은 중국 물류정보화의 현황을 분석함으로써 중국의 물류정보화의 이해를 제고하여 중국물류의 발전에 기여하는 것이다.

In China, logistics informatization is a new concept since the concept of modern logistics was brought into China in 1980. So the development of Chinese modern logistics informatization is still staying in a lower level. In order to realize China’s logistics informatization, the Chinese government assistance and support is a must. Establishing effective logistics information system needs a large number of comprehensive information to integrate together, the realization of which needs the strong support from the government. The government should improve logistic industry development planning and legal system, and the industrial departments should establish a long-term strategic development planning, and strengthen the construction of logistics information system and provide a higher service level. In particular, in the process of the development of logistics informatization, the government should focus on the training of personnel, overcome obstacles to the development of logistics informatization. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to understanding of logistics informatization in China by studying status of logistics informatization in China.
