A Study on Enhancing the Competitiveness of Real Estate Auction Information Service

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The Purpose of this study is to investigate how to enhance the competitiveness of real estate auction information service. The data of this study were collected from the users of real estate auction information service across the nation. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The alternatives for enhancing the competitiveness of real estate auction information service were analyzed by using the analytic techniques such as AHP, Cronbach’s α, factor analysis and ANOVA. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The key factors for enhancing the competitiveness of real estate auction information service were accuracy, expertise, recentness and diversity in the sector of real estate information contents. On the other hand, the most significant factors for it were reliability, convenience, connectivity and stability in the sector of customer service contents. 2. RESULTS This study offers the basic criteria for enhancing of the competitiveness of real estate auction information service on the basis of the users’ experience.
