1. CONTENTS (1) RESERCH OBJECTIVES This research was carried out regarding the real estate auction education at lifelong education academies attached to universities. The objectives of this research are to improve the quality of education through research and analysis of satisfaction degree in the auction education. Although real estate auction education has recently been carried out by many groups, the endeavor to increase the quality of education service is still feeble. Especially, it is critical to study for the purpose of increasing the quality of education offered through lifelong education academies attached to universities. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The quality of real estate auction education at lifelong education academies attached to universities has been examined by a survey. According to this survey, the course of study, the method of education and the educational environment were found to have a great influence on a degree of satisfaction in the education. Therefore, this study was focused on these factors. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS A survey in order to grasp a degree of satisfaction in the education was conducted among students of lifelong education academies attached to two universities which have implemented exemplary education of real estate science within the entire Kyonggi Province. The result of the investigation gave a considerably reliable response concerning educational facilities and contents of education. 2. RESULT The degree of satisfaction in the education became higher in proportion to the excellence of educational environment and the substantiality of curriculums. Demand for education on practical use which could enable one to make useful judgements in actual auctions was high. But the contents of education were found to be still significantly insufficient to satisfy such desires. In the future, significant improvements must be implemented involving contents of education.
