공급사슬에서의 정보인프라공유와 관계자본형성에 관한 연구

A Study of Supply Chain IT Systems and Relation Capital: The Impact on Inbound and Outbound Information Sharing

본 연구는 국내 공급사슬에 속한 기업들의 정보인프라 공유, 관계자본, 정보공유를 규명하고, 이 요소들이 공급사슬상에서 정보의 유출 및 유입에 있어서 긍정적 영향을 미치는지를 알아 보고자 한다. 연구결과에 의하면 공급사슬 내 기업간의 정보인프라의 공유는 관계자본형성에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 관계자본은 기업의 유출 및 유입 정보공유에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 파트너간의 정보공유에 있어서 신뢰나 공동이해를 강화하는 관계자본의 부재는 정보의 유출시 유입 때와는 달리 기회주의적 행동을 통해 유통경로상에서 지배력을 강화하려는 행태를 보였다. 공급사슬상 기업의 원활한 유입ㆍ유출 정보공유를 위해서는 상호간의 관계자본의 구축이 필요하다.

This study aims at measuring the effect of IT Infrastructure sharing and relation capital on inbound & outbound information sharing through the supply chain. The study reveals that the sharing of firms’ IT system affects the formation of relation capital, and inbound & outbound information sharing. The insufficient of relation capital, the reinforcement factor of the trust and common interest, cause opportunistic behaviors in outbound information sharing and governance reinforcement in distribution channel. The formation of mutual capital relation is necessary for the efficient inbound & outbound information sharing.
