청소년들의 학교생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 생태체계변인 분석

An analysis of ecological variables affecting school life satisfactions of youth

본 연구에서는 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단조사 4차년도 데이터를 사용하여 연구대상자의 사회인구학적 특성과 학교생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 생태체계변인의 영향력을 살펴보기 위하여 빈도분석, 단순회귀분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 유기체 변인 중에서는 학업노력, 미시체계 변인 중에서는 교사와의 관계, 중간체계 변인 중에서는 학교와의 관계가 청소년의 학교생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 그러나 외체계 변인과 거시체계 변인은 청소년의 학교생활 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

This study is to check out actual condition of satisfactions to school lives of youth, and to find out the impacts of ecological variables on their satisfactions to school lives. Study analysis data were using fourth data of Korea Education Longitudinal Survey data, the Korea Educational Development Institute. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, such organismic variables as study effort were found to have influence on youth’s satisfactions to school lives. Second, as for microsystem variables, relationships with teachers were found to have influence on youth’s satisfactions to school lives. Third, such meso-system variables as relationships with school were found to have influence on youth’s satisfactions to school lives. Fourth, exo-system variables and macro-system variables were found to have not influence on youth’s satisfactions to school lives.
