A family is a community which is initially affiliated itself along with the birth of human beings and the place of the first education. In the growth and development of human beings, the initial environment is essential and among the variety of environmental factors, the family environment can be considered to be the most important one in order to form individual actions. Juvenile Delinquency has gone beyond the dangerous level and become a serious social problem. The actual conditions of juvenile delinquency recently reported on the media are so hideous as to make us shudder. Recent cases show that juvenile delinquency has reached the stage of ‘homicide’, not just mere violence or extortion. It is getting organized and brutalized beyond accidental conditions. Now it is time to prepare and effective measure. For this purpose, what are the causes and actual conditions of juvenile delinquency should be grasped. The seriousness arises as juvenile delinquency has become ordinary like a kind of peer culture. Juvenile Delinquency is appear because our children mature early and their psychological aggressiveness grow larger. That is to say, juvenile delinquency is not a simple problem in educational sites but has turned into a common task for society to undertake.
