입학사정관전형 사후관리 프로그램에 대한 입학사정관과 입학생의 인식조사

A study on follow-up management programs in the college admissions officer system

본 연구는 입학사정관전형 입학생을 위한 타당한 사후관리 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구로서 입학사정관전형 입학생들을 위한 별도의 사후관리 프로그램이 필요한지, 필요하다면 바람직한 사후관리 프로그램은 어떠해야 하는지 등에 대해 입학사정관제의 핵심 당사자라 할 수 있는 입학사정관과 입학사정관전형 입학생의 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 입학사정관제 사후관리 프로그램의 필요성과 바람직한 방향을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 입학사정관전형 입학생을 위한 별도의 사후관리 프로그램은 입학사정관제 자체의 특성에 따라 입학사정관제에 내재된 필수적 구성요소라고 할 수 있다. 또한 입학사정관제 사후관리 프로그램은 합격생을 위한 단기적인 예비학교나 영어, 수학 등 도구과목의 보완에 치중하는 것보다는 잠재력을 평가하여 선발한 입학사정관전형 입학생들의 잠재력 발현을 지원하는 방향으로 개발되고 운영되어야 한다.

This study investigates the perception of college admissions officers and students who entered a university through the college admissions officer system on follow-up management programs in the college admissions officer system. In order to do this, the study uses mixed methods, that is, surveys for admissions officers and interviews for students. According to the results of the study the follow-up management programs should be regarded as essential components of the college admissions officer system itself. Also the follow-up management programs should be developed and operated in order to educe the potentials of students.
