An Exploratory Study on the Text Linguistic Analysis of Nam Myeong’s Poems

In order to look for a method to reduce evaluation errors that happen between text sender and receiver, this study analyzes Nam Myeong’s poems from the text linguistic perspective. This must first seek the textuality of his poems to devise the method. The textuality should meet cohesion, coherence, intentionality, acceptability, situationality, intertextuality, and informativity. If not, the content of the text would be non-communicative. As a result, it would be not treated as a text. In this context, this study examines the cohesion, coherence, intentionality, acceptability, situationality, intertextuality, and informativity inherent in Nam Myeong’s poems.
