This study was started from being conscious about the necessity of high quality tourism products for both domestic and foreign tourists, to seek the qualitative development of Korean tourism with the quantitative increase in a rapidly increasing and changing tourism phenomenon. The shortage of basic tourism materials, such as the cause of seeing, playing and buying, has been a well-known problem of tourism. In case of tourism developed countries, they are packing and selling the tourism products, such as culture, tradition and remains.
