This study evaluates the service quality of a regional cultural festival. Various research relating to the standard of service quality, customer satisfaction and convenience of festival facilities is reviewed. The survey results of 127 samples indicated that visitors satisfaction derives from such factors as convenience of a festivals's location, parking area and publicity.
