CRM marketing has significant new service management. In the world well known IBM, Marriott Hotel, Disneyland as enterprise Co. that A model served regard to customer for others company. There are practice service management for excellent service. Travel Agency is just needs of service management. Therefor emphasis service management of travel agency that treat in demand and surroundings about new travel business environment. Finally made service marketing is CRM marketing of travel agency that tour information served rapidly and accurate to customer that reliable trust and maintain old customer.
