In the hotel industry, the royalty (membership) program is very important because the profit or loss in their hotels income depends on it. The revenue from VIP membership takes 30-40% of total profits in the total hotel revenue. The utility value of the membership system is very powerful and hotels use this system to gain dominance over others. The hotels royalty program is a very important method in managing customers examining how to activate customer relationships, and analyzing how to affect customer loyalty. In the hotels royalty program, I researched how to influence level of commitment and loyalty.
