In time of confronting consciousness of crisis due to fierce competition along with rapid environmental changes of the hotel industry, hotels are required to equip with efficient competitive strategy and to change continuously, and also to cope with today’s environmental trends appropriately. Hotel companies are featured with high dependency of human resources, and so quality of services plays an important role in evaluation of the hotel grade by the guests. In the meantime, researches on predicting variables relating to collective efficacy perceived by hotel employees toward hotel are still insufficient. In this study, researcher verified the relationship between collective efficacy and predicting variable. And the predicting variable in relation to collective efficacy was set forth as on the dimension of individual, collective, leadership then its relationship with collective efficacy was verified.
