The purpose of this study is to suggest strategy for restructuring efficient system on cultural tourism information. Since the success of cultural tourism destinations is dependent upon the quality of the visitor’s experience and satisfaction, it is imperative for cultural tourism attractions managers to develope efficient system on cultural tourism information delivery. According to the competitive environment on cultural tourism market, in special tourism destination the value of information affects on competitiveness. In this context this study suggests strategy to elevate competitiveness in cultural tourism information delivery. Main strategies for evaluating the competitiveness on the cultural tourism information delivery system are as follows; information manager has (1) to design core organization to produce and distribute Cultural tourism information ; (2) to develop various media adopting information technology and internet based techniques ; (3) to educate specialist in cultural tourism ; (4) to establish coorporate system between information delivery organization for cultural tourism and residents ; (5) to harmonize organizational factors with fuctional factors to optimize the value of information on cultural tourism.
