Resolving the Problems of Unemployment and Regional Conflicts through Promoting Cultural Industry in Korea of 21st Century - Focusing on Cultural Tourism Venture Industry -

This study investigates resolving the regional conflicts between Eastern and Western part of Korea and status of employment under IMF situation through promoting cultural industry. In order to resolve these problems cultural tourism venture should be created and through exploring resources of cultural tourism in Southwestern part of Korea. This study suggests that creation of “Venture Valley” in certain region will be a desirable way to see the culture of Southwestern part of Korea. Finally, understanding regional culture and creating cultural tourism “Venture Valley” with culture as resources will reslove the regional conflicts and unemployment status.
