The purpose of this study is to identify satisfaction factors of the Hotel customer in Budget Hotel. A closed ended questionnaire was used, and a systematic sampling approach was employed to survey a sample of customer in five Budget hotel in Seoul. This study what is customer satisfaction and what is the difference the between the determinants of Budget hotel customer satisfaction and the expection and perceived performance? Finally The customer’s satisfaction factors in Budget hotel is price, employee service, convenience of facility, physical service. But among them, convenience of facilities, physical service is not essential to customer satisfaction factors.
