The Influences on Cultural Tourism after Adopting A Five Day Work Week System - Focusing on Gwang-Ju and Chunnam Area -

This studying shows a lot of influences on cultural tourism after we adopt the new system that we work only five day, in a week through Gwang-ju and Chunnam area. The government is trying to adopt a five day work week system in order to improve the quality of our lives and to create for those who are unemployed. But we can’t figure out clearly when our government adopt the system, because the government, employees and employers an agreement has not been reached. I except the new system will result in many advantages to our culture tourism. Therefore, first of all, I had formed some basic conceptions of that system. And I also analyzed some countries to figure out when they began to practice that system and the purpose of practice. I showed some plans of government for that system at the same time. Second, I examined some meanings and forms of cultural tourism, projects of the government that have proceeded to increase some areas already practicing the five day work week in order to make plans best suited for business. Third, we took a survey of people who reside in the Gwang-ju Chunnam area to know about how they would use their extra free time after they adopt that system. Last of all I studied the new system to find out the social, economical effects on cultural tourism.
