The e-Commerce on the base of the internet is the revolution of distribution structure. Airline and tourism industry also have to participate in the change of distribution structure. Therefore, Airlines accepted the e-ticket system ; e-Commerce. The purpose of this study is to investigate airline customers using situation of e-Ticket and factors analysis of consumer satisfaction. For data analysis, Statistical analysis method is performed by SPSS-Win 11.5.. Results of analysis revealed that customer prefer the paper-ticket to e-Ticket and the factor analysis of consumer satisfaction is investigated by 4 factors.
