The objective of this study was to examine the effects of travel agency employee’s perceived organizational justice both organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). To study this research, the hypotheses are as follows: First, perceived organizational justice enhances the level of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, organizational commitment mediates organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. To test the hypotheses, a total of 217 questionnaires from travel agencies in Seoul were processed using SPSS 10.0 for windows. Research findings were that organizational justice and organizational commitment had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Perceived distributive justice had stronger influence on organizational citizenship behavior than perceived procedural justice had. Also it was found that perceived organizational justice influenced organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment.
