This study was made in order to analyze the present condition, and examine several problems related to the operation of leisure farming and characteristics of the tourism farm to get predictive variables through the analysis of relationship between these characteristics and the yearly number of visitors, and so study the characteristics of tourism farms through the stepwise regression in order to understand the meaning of the variability having an influence upon tourism farms. On the basic of this, to provide basic data for studying tourism farms is the another important goal in dissertation.
