E-commerce on the base of the internet is the revolution of distribution structure. Airline and tourism industry also have to participate in the change of distribution structure. Therefore, Airline accepted e-ticketing system; a kind of e-commerce. IATA also published at the general assembly that they will be able to accept 100% of e-ticketing system until 2007. So, this study analyzed the background of e-ticketing system, and researched operation strategic of GDS and CRS program for the e-Ticket market(GALILEO, TOPAS, ABACUS,) and analyzed advantage and disadvantage that may happen to an airline, a travel agency and tourists.
