This study is purpose on to analysis the job conflict factor of the tour guide, to improve their work environment and to be recognized the role of tour guide in the tourism industry. The researcher collected 566 qustionnaire from the professional tour guide. The survey results of samples indicated that the job conflict factores of tour guide are the lack of recognition of their role, no guarantee of the tour guide licence, various troublesome occurred by the low priced tour package programme. The results of this survey suggest that to settle the Tour guide’s job conflict factores are based on the recognition and support of the licenced tour guide as the governmental point of view first.
