A Case Study on the Management of Travel agencies through Financial analysis

The purpose of this study is to give all of travel agency operating owners the finest management analysis output in order to make the best profit. Because the enterprise needs improving the management through the analysis of management for making decision appropriately, using efficiently the resources. The importance of management improvement is that guarantees the rationalization of management operation and the efficiency of management action, be stabilized continually in the company managenent. If travel agency would be established to the financial improvement of management, it can be developed creating the high earning for executive. To accomplished the main purpose of this study, we studied in travel agency’s management analysis through financial data of travel agency.
