Through this research, the first class hotels in Seoul were analyzed to verify the hypothesis. he fact that organizational values positively influences service inclination has been proven. organizational values as well as service inclination directly gives positive influence to employee satisfaction. Service inclination and employee satisfaction came out to positively influence outcome of organization, whereas organizational values did not. Thus, it has been verified that service inclination as well as employee satisfaction is a positive influence to outcome of organization. It came out that both variables, organizational values and service inclination, are beneficial influence. As organizational values and service inclination are high, employee satisfaction becomes high as well. Therefore, organizational values as well as service inclination directly gives positive influence to employee satisfaction. Service inclination and employee satisfaction came out to positively influence outcome of organization, whereas organizational values did not. Thus, it has been verified that service inclination as well as employee satisfaction is a positive influence to outcome of organization.
