The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the CSF(Critical Success Factors) and the VD(External Value Drivers & Internal Value Drivers) in Hotel Industry. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, first, I analyzed the Macro-environmental(political, economic, social environment) factors. Second, I investigated the management achievement(total number of room, natural market share, market share, number of room sold, occupancy, average rate, yield rate, and revenue) on room site of super deluxe hotel in Seoul. According to analyzing these, we will find out EVD and IVD, and discover what is the overall CSF on super deluxe hotel in Seoul, then we will acquire the relationship between the CSF and VD in competitive environment. So I hope that this study contribute to hotel industry in Seoul, south Korea.
