국제결혼 이주여성의 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 생태체계요인

A Study on the Ecological Factors towards the Subjective Quality of Life for Foreign Wives: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Social Integration

본 연구는 급격히 증가하고 있는 국제결혼 이주여성을 대상으로 궁극적으로는 그들이 민주시민으로서의 권리를 확보하도록 돕는 사회복지실천의 근거를 마련하고자 수행 되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 국제결혼이주여성을 대상으로 생태체계요인과 주관적 삶의 질 간의 관계구조에서 사회통합 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 자료분석은 구조방정식 모형에 의해, 측정모형과 구조모형의 적합도를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 국제결혼 이주여성의 인지하는 문화적응 스트레스, 사회적 지지와 삶의 질 간 관계에서 사회통합의 매개효과가 발견되었다. 그러나 가족관계 스트레스와 삶의 질 간의 관계에서는 사회통합의 매개효과가 유의하지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 국제결혼 이주여성의 주관적 삶의 질을 향상을 위한 문화적응 스트레스, 사회적 지지, 사회통합 관리방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mechanism through which ecological factors with regards to foreign wives impacts the subjective quality of life. We were particularly interested in the mediating effect of social integration. In order to investigate the mediating effect of process-related outcomes, structural equation modeling was used. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 258 individuals. Collected data were analyzed by moderated multiple regression. The results demonstrated a mediating effect of acculturation stress and social support on the subjective quality of life with regards to foreign wives. Practice and policy implications as well as further research topics were discussed to aid the search for highly effective interventions.
