This study investigates differences of travelers’ perceptual attitudes relating to tourist attracting attributes between youth travelers and senior travelers. An iterated principal factor analysis with varimax rotation was used to determine the factors. To understand the relationship between the factors and dependent variables, t-test and ANOVA test were used. The study results that comfortable and safety were considered for the senior. On the other hand, for the youth, excitement and new experience were revealed as preferable attracting attributes. The identified significant difference of perceptual attitudes should be considered to provide a solid basis for developing a managerial strategy. It gives a guide to develop senior and youth travelers’ oriented attracting attributes what will be an indicator to establish tourism policy for the senior and youth to promote their travel.
