The purpose of this study is to examine the job performance of travel agent personels segmented by job stress. a survey was conducted from March 1 through to March 20. 2003 by distributing a total of three hundred questionnaires to respondents. 222 questionnaireswere usable and analyzed. The data analysis was done by SPSS/Win Ver 6.0. package. The results indicated that job stress affect job satisfaction. The results of this study will be helpful for the travel agencies which have needs to establish Employee policies.
