Given the primary objectives of this study to investigate the effects of five personality dimensions and English Proficiency on the change of HCNs’ work values, the regression analyses employed have disclosed Conscientiousness, Openness, and Neuroticism as significant predictors of HCNs’ Changes in Power Distance or Individualism related work values. A further analysis of Two-Way ANOVA has resulted in English proficiency moderating the relationship between personality and acculturation in Individualism. Some discussions regarding the results of the statistical analyses have been provided, together with some suggestions for further studies.
