This study aims to examine effects of procedural and distributive justice in layoffs on the relationship beween job satisfaction and job stress, this study was carried out by means of questionaires. data were responded by survivors(n=279). in travel agency 쟈초 experienced restruturing. The results are summarixed as follows: First: Procedural Fairness affect job stress and job satisfaction. Second, job stress affact job satisfaction Third, it showed moderating effect of job stress between procedural and Distributive fairness and job satisfaction The result of this study will e helpful for the travel agency which have needs to establish the personel policies.
