This study results showing that seniors tend to appropriate more practical and real utilities in the fulfilment for their travel purpose, indicates that tourism developers should be looking at factors such as accessibility, climate, price with the relaxed circumstances providing more substantial, comfortable tourism environments and relaxed family resort, and valuing recreational sports and events including some kind of different mood with familar warm-hearted atmosphere. This study suggests that the tourism business’ efforts to improve destination quality and development are cruicially important to senior tourism, and emphasizes need for a deeper approach to senior tourism, new strategies and specific tourism products due to the diversity in the tourism characteristics.
