평생학습계좌제와 검정고시 연계를 위한 학습과정 평가인정 절차 및 평가지표 개발연구

Designing an Accreditation Procedure for Connection between the Lifelong Learning Account System and the Qualification Examination for Middle/High School Degree

이 연구에서는 관계 법령에 따라 평생학습계좌제와 고입/고졸 검정고시를 연계시키기 위한 실천적 전략으로 검정고시 과목의 고시 면제를 위한 평생학습계좌제 학습과정 평가인정 절차 및 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 5명의 연구진과 핵심 이해당사자 등이 참여한 액션 리서치 방법에 의해 수행되었다. 연구결과로 평생학습계좌제와 검정고시 연계를 위한 평가인정 절차 및 평가지표가 제시되었다. 더불어, 이 연구가 수행되게 된 근본 취지를 더 잘 살리기 위하여 (1) 검정고시 과목별로 연계가 가능한 평생교육프로그램의 DB 확보, (2) 국어, 영어, 수학을 포함하여 모든 과목을 평생학습계좌제 이수를 통해 면제 받을 수 있도록 검정고시 규칙 개정, (3) 교육기회 소외자 중심의 탄력적인 제도 운영 등 몇 가지 중요한 개선 노력들도 제안되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an accreditation procedure for connection between the lifelong learning account system and the qualification examination for middle/high school degree. To achieve the research purpose, the researchers used action research as the research methodology. Five researchers and some key stakeholders were participated in the study. They suggested an accreditation procedure including some evaluation indexes for connection between those two systems, reflecting the intent of the Lifelong Education Act 2011 and the Regulation 2010 of the Qualification Examination for Middle/High School Degree.
