일치도 검증을 통한 부산해양관광클러스터 활성화에 관한 연구

Activating Pusan Marine Tourism Cluster by Concordance Test

본 연구는 해양관광클러스터의 상호작용에 대한 관광분야 전문가들의 의견일치도 검증을 통해 부산해양관광클러스터의 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 협력과 네트워킹 접근법을 이용한 분석체계를 구성하여 해양관광클러스터의 성격을 조사하였다. 또한 해양관광클러스터의 상호작용에 대한 몇 가지 요인들을 기존의 공유재와 클러스터 연구를 통해 식별하였다. 부산 소재 관광전문가들을 대상으로 해양관광클러스터의 상호작용과 부산해양관광클러스터의 현황에 대한 의견에 대한 일치도검증을 실시하였다. 활동주체간 협력과 네트워킹은 해양관광클러스터의 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 지역적 특성이므로 구체화될 것으로 기대된다.

This paper intends to test the concordance of evaluations from the experts in tourism and suggest policy implications for Pusan marine tourism cluster. For the purpose, it constructed a framework using inter-agent cooperation and the network approach to examine the nature of the marine tourism cluster. Several factors conductive to cooperation and networking in the marine tourism cluster are identified from the common property literature and the literature on regional clusters. Inter-agent cooperation and networking are expected to materialize in marine tourism clusters because they are the major regional characteristics that determines the competitiveness of marine tourism clusters.
