Logistics Information of the relinked railroad between South and North Korean

This paper focuses on the logistics information in the relinked railroad between South- and North Korea. Different economic systems of South and North Korea, that is, capitalistic market economy and socialistically planned economy respectively, separate railroad between the both parts of Korea. Therefore the South Korean export companies to Asian and European markets considerably suffer form the constrained logistics system. After 6.15 Declaration South and North Korea are trying to rebuild the unlinked railroad. In relation to this rebuild activities the problem occurs how the logistics information of railroad system in North Korea is possible. This problem occurs because the logistics information of North Korean railroad run counter to the closed system of socialistically planned economy. Thus, this paper deals with the efficiencies of the relink of Korean railroad to the TSR (Trans-Siberia Railway) and to the TCR (Trans-China Railway) and with the contents of logistics information, especially the logistics VAN(value-added Network), the GPS (global positioning system) etc., which would be applied to the North Korean railroad.
