중국의 WTO 가입이 한국 경제ㆍ무역에 미치는 영향

A Study on Economic Effects to Korean Economy and Trade after China Entered World Trade Organization(WTO)

China’s entry into WTO is a historical achievement in the regional economy. As the 6th largest trade and 7th largest economic power in the world, China will expose great economic opportunity. China as a new WTO member country is bound to provide significant implication for the future of regional economic cooperation by expanding the boundary of economic linkage between the regional neighbouring countries. And in turn this will encourage the region to sustain its remarkable economic growth. But China’ sentry to the WTO will affect positively and adversely Korean economy and agriculture, as it relates to Chinese and global economy as well. In this paper, the authors will specifically point out some positive and negative aspects impacting on Korean economy after China’s entry to the WTO.
