FEM Calculation with ice interactive load are performed the general blade and modified blade by applying the VVT Propeller Ice Load Model, which was applied the uniform pressure load on the tip of blade. According to the FEM result, the reduction of the skew angle can be increased blade strength significant without increasing of blade thickness.
