This paper shows behaviors of macro- and micro-structures and mechanical properties for specimen‘s welding region welded by F.S.W according to welding conditions with 5mm, aluminum 5083O alloy plate. It apparently results in defect-free weld zone in case traveling speed was changed to 32mm/min under conditions of tool rotation speed such as 800 and 1250rpm with tool’s pin and shoulder diameter 5φmm and 20φmm, pin length 4.5mm and tilting angle 2°. The ultimate stress,σ<sub>T</sub>=330.37MPa and the yield point, 147.25MPa are obtained at the condition of 32mm/min of travel speed with 800rpm of tool rotation speed.
