This paper shows mechanical properties and behaviors of macro- and micro-structures for specimens welding region welded by F.S.W according to weld ing conditions with 5mm, aluminum 6061T6 alloy plate. It apparently results in defect-free weld zone in case traveling speed was changed to 267mm/min under conditions of tool rotation speed such as 2500rpm with tool’s pin and shoulder diameter 5φmm and 15φmm, pin length 4.5mm and tilting angle 3°. The ultimate stress,σ<sub>T</sub>=228MPa and the yield point,140MPa are obtained at the condition of 32mm/min of travel speed with 800rpm of tool rotation speed.
