항만의 CO2 배출량 산정에 관한 연구

A Study on the Calculation of CO2 Emission in Port

본 연구에서는 항만에서 발생하는 이산화탄소량을 경유, 중유, LPG, 스팀 및 전기로 분류하였으며, 항만에서 발생하는 이산화탄소량을 선박, 하역 및 트럭으로 분류한 산출식을 유도하였다. 또한, 산출식에 사용되는 선박항해계수, 선박접안계수를 유도하였다. 부산항 이산화탄소 발생량 조사를 위하여 부산항 42개 부두에 대하여 현황조사를 행하여 선박, 하역 및 트럭별로 산출하였으며, 1 TEU 및 1 Ton 처리시 발생하는 이산화탄소량을 계산하였다.

According to Post Kyoto Protocol that is going to become effective from 2013 year in Korea, first of all there is required a calculation method of CO2 emission in Ports. To calculate the CO2 emission in ports, a systematic calculation method for CO2 emission have to be considered with vessel, yard equipment and truck, respectively. In this paper, a calculation method of CO2 emission is suggested by consider with freight characteristics, handling equipment and amount of handling for each port. By using the calculated the total amount of CO2 emission in each port, a CO2 Emission Index is given to evaluate the reduction of CO2 emission rate the each port.
