해상 원격진료시스템 구축에 관한 연구

A Study on the Construction of Maritime Telemedicine System

본 연구에서는 해상선박에서 발생한 환자, 해난 구조된 환자 또는 해상근무종사자 등에 대하여, 육상의 전문의가 원격의료를 이행할 수 있는 해상용 통합 원격진료시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 해상 원격진료시스템과 원격건강관리 프로그램은 육상의 진료시스템과 비교하여 본질적으로 복잡하고, 진료시스템구축에 많은 장애요인이 있다. 먼저 해상 원격진료시스템의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 구성에 대해 검토하고, 진료시스템과 연동할 수 있는 진단용 의료기기 인터페이스를 구축하였다. 해상용 원격진료시스템은 위성통신 및 육상통신 네트워크를 이용하기 때문에, 지금과 같이 육상에 국한된 원격 의료서비스의 이용범위를 확대시킬 수 있어 열악한 해상근무 의료환경 개선에 큰 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 여겨진다.

This research develops integrate maritime telemedicine system that doctor of land can do telemedicine about patient who rescue and happens in sailing ship or disaster patient. Telemedicine and telehealth programs are inherently complex compared with their traditional on-site health care delivery counterparts. And a number of factors are barriers to the development of sustainable telemedicine system. In this paper, we are going to study about hardware specifications of maritime telemedicine system and developed software, and medical equipment interface. The maritime telemedicine system using satellite and shore communication network can play an important role for an improvement of medical service.
