A Study on Strategies for the Optimal Teaching Frames for the Convention Major in Women's Colleges in Korea

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies for the optimal teaching frames for the Convention Major in Korean women's colleges. The well-established and rapidly growning tide of global village over the world has raised the convention business up to the most promising and powerful one for economic, political, cultural and international success in and outside of a nation. The convention specialist as a job would be more suitable for female than male. To prove it and find out its optimal environments in college education, the paper tries to find out various strategies and educational frames with concrete data.
