Self-leadership Program for Adolescent

연구는 창의력이 있는 인재를 키우기 위한 리더십프로그램 개발에 목적이 있다. ‘창의적 인재를 키우기 위한 셀프리더십 프로그램’은 개인의 현재 상태에서 원하는 상태로 변화시키기 위해 계획된 프로그램이다. 이와 같은 셀프리더십 프로그램을 통하여 개인은 자신의 가치를 발견하고 자신에게 맞는 목표를 세워 그것을 성취하기 위해 다양한 자원을 활용하고 문제를 해결하는 과정을 통해 리더십 능력을 키워 낼 것이다.

The research is aimed at developing leadership program for the sake of creative talent. 'Self-leadership program' is planned to change from the current state of individuals to a desired state. Individuals will discover their value, set the right goals and take advantage of a variety of resources to solve the problem via self-leadership program. Finally, they will develop their faculties of leadership.
