디아스포라적 空間으로서의 오사카(大阪) 코리안타운의 로컬리티

Locality of Korean Town in Ikuno, Osaka as a Diasporic Space

この論文は既存の民族中心のディアスポラ談論に対する批判的立場を堅持し, これに対してローカリティ中心の新しい接近を行う。即ち既存の民族中心のディアスポラ研究が本質的·抽象的·理論的·制度的側面を強調して来たとすれば, ローカリティ研究はこのような傾向によって隠されてきたディアスポラの具体性·歴史性·多様性·実践性を表せる。国家中心の視角から脫皮し, 居住地ローカル住民との相互関係を通じてディアスポラを見ると, 現地人と移住民が入り交じっていきっていく所謂ディアスポラ的空間(diasporic space)のローカリティが論議の中心に浮かび上がる。ひいてはこの論議は多様性·混種性·共生のようなポストモーダン的代案価値ともつながる。このような研究視角及び研究指向のもとで, 既存のディアスポラ研究が手落ちしてきた多様な側面を表すために事例研究を行った。大阪市生野区のコリアン集住地域はディアスポラ一般は勿論在日コリアンディアスポラと比較しても一般性に包摂しかたい様々な特性を持つ。具体的な分析においては, 1. 集住地の形成から永住意識の表出までの時間的流れに現れる空間的変容。2. 清算されない植民地経験をはじめとする一般化 されかたい生野のローカル的な特性。3. トランスーローカルネットワ－クと共生の空間としての可能性。等を分析した。 With a critical point of view towards the previous ‘nation-oriented’ argument about diaspora, this study provides a ‘locality-oriented’ approach. If diaspora is observed through the correlation with the local residents in a residential area rather than according to the previous way of thinking based on the place-of-origin (home-country), the locality of a diasporic space, in which local and migrated residents live together, becomes the main issue of a discussion. Furthermore, it is connected to the prospect of such post-modern alternative values as diversity, hybridity and co-living. Based on such points of view and directions for study, a case study has been planned to focus on various points which have not been properly dealt by the previous study about diaspora. The residential area occupied by the Korean residents in Ikuno, Osaka, seems to have various characteristics which cannot be won by generality compared not only with the general kind of diaspora but also with the diaspora of the Korean residents in Japan.
