A Study on the Importance of Decision Making When Chinese Students Studying in Korea Moving in Rental Housing

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is subdividing chinese students studying in Korea into three categories; language study trainee, college student, and undergraduate. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The subject group of our survey study is also breaking into three part and AHP is applied to derive important factors and measure total weighted value. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As Korean students make decision on renting house, chinese students studying in Korea take similar approach considering in terms of environmental influence and various circumstances. Thus, segmenting cultural differences between two countries is essential to further understand one's decision making process on renting houses. 2. RESULTS As a result, after segmenting into groups, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) will be used to draw key factors in making decision process toward renting houses.
