해결론적 환경론 정립을 위한 시론적 연구

Toward on Generalization of ‘Solution-Theory of Environmental Problem' Focusing on the case of Ulsan Environmental Problem

환경문제가 사회문제로 인식되는 구도에 관해서는 여러 가지 논의가 있으나 그것이 문제로 인식되는 순간 “해결론”으로 전환할 수밖에 없다는 것을 전제로 하여, 지역환경문제에 대한 해결론적 관점에서 사회학적 분석을 위한 시론적 연구이다. 구체적으로는 울산지역 조사를 통해 환경문제의 특성과 변혁주체 형성의 주객관적인 조건을 기업관련성이라는 변수를 중심으로 검토하고, 이를 통해 해결론적 관점에서 환경문제에 대한 연구의 유용성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이는 현재 환경문제 연구를 둘러싼 난점을 명확히 하고 그가 제시한 ’해결론’ 이 내포하고 있는 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 단초를 찾기 위한 것이다 특히, 공공성에 관한 신뢰구도의 분석을 통해 ‘합리성’ 의 문제와 ‘공공성’ 의 문제가 엄밀한 논리적 분석이 매개되지 않은 채 전제적 개념으로 사용했다는 사실에 주목하여 소위 환경문제에 대한 해결론 정립을 위한 이론적 과제를 도출하였다.

In these days, the seriousness of an “environmental problem" is recognized extensively, and it can be said that “efforts" to the solution is manifesting themselves as a social fact obvious. The shift in a “solution-theory" will not be avoided just as the problem is recognized as a problem although there may be various approach about the composition that an “environmental problem" is recognized as a “social problem." Therefore, the start which can solve such a “solution theory" will be explored, clarifying some difficulties which the “environmental problem" is holding by considering an argument of Funabashi who has mainly set up the problem from a “solution- theory viewpoint" in this paper, and some critical arguments to it. The problem of “rationality" and the problem of publicity" are introduced especially, The “solution-theory" of an “environmental problem" has made it the premise, and if it says, “reliance to publicity" composition will be clarified. The possibility to “practice" from “argument" will be explored.
