The strategies of human resource development for women - Focusing on GwangjuㆍJeonnam area -

The purposes of this research were to analyse the conditions of human resource development for women in GwangjuㆍJeonnam area and to propose the developmental strategies depending on regional innovation system. Although the levels of women’s education in GwangjuㆍJeonnam area are relatively high, but effective developmental programs for women do not operated. Therefore more revolutionary framework and strategical contents focusing on regional innovation system were demanded. So related organizations of human resource development for women must be changed to more cooperative and integrative construction and execute more diverse programs for creating employment, wellbeing and empowerment of women.
