A Study on the Program Development and Evaluation for The Economy Education Leader Training Course for Adolescent of Gwangju YMCA

As the importance of consumer economics has been increased, it became inevitable to train the education leader who can efficiently assist the adolescents attending to the consumer economics class. Gwangju YMCA adolescent economy education leader training course is designed to develop the leader’s communication technique and ability as a planner and operator. They can educate their students to do their best as consumers and citizens. The course developed the training system including contents, lecturer and program operating details. Bases on this course evaluation, we can study how to enforce a certification system.
